Description

Walking on all fours, finding it undignified, but this dragon wasn't able to stand upright and walk otherwise. Standing over 9ft at the shoulder with fur of cerulean that seems to fade to indigo lightly the further down her body you look. Chest of leathery white scales, trailing from the bottom of her neck all the way down to the end of her tail which ends with a tuft of violet fur that matched long mane which resembles almost like hair, similar to that of a horse would have! That violet mane would also trail along the entirety of her back all the way down to her tail tuft.

Behind her however she was hauling a pair of powerful legs that easily took up most of her body mass. Twice as wide as her shoulders, and the hump of her hips rose to 13ft in a normal stance! Pelt is a thick fur coat, with 3 large scales that seem to protrude out from her hips on both sides.
Body was a total of 15ft in length from shoulder to base of tail, with an additional 12ft neck and 16ft tail. Oddly enough her waist was very narrow giving a very curved figure for a dragon. Exceptionally bottom heavy. Is she fat? or is she slim?

Her face was slender, a few hardened scales adorn her snout and along her brows, however strikingly her brows were actually naturally long and eyes almost appear as if she had eye shadow perfectly applied. Her ears were exceptionally long at almost 5ft long each! Even her lashes along were about a foot in length and eyebrow scale was large enough a normal human could place whole hand across one.

A pair of cerulean and white tipped feathered wings adorn herback, with a wing span of an impressive 60ft, however the shape and mass of her body, she does not look like she'd be able to use them to fly.

History

A nightelf of blue skin, long ears. Often complemented on her beauty, took pride in her looks. Slender and fit. She was the kind who took gymnastics. Often having to fake being one of the cool kids when going through university. Reality is she hated having to keep up her appearance. Her particular race has often had a reputation for beauty and had to constantly keep up with trends.
Merely a college student freshman, just starting out.
things like Dragons were heard of, but have since become more and more rare, but every now and then one would show up. Not that she'd ever meet one.

Homeworld

Modern Fantasy. A fantasy world that has since become similar to a modern world, some magic still exists, but technology has replaced the art of magic. (Onward-esque)

Breath Weapon

Capable of firing a beam of energy from her mouth like a laser.
Laser can go 500ft before dissipating weak enough.

Can only use so much a day, not unlimited.

Leaves drained and tired if fully expended.

Magical Resistance to transmutative

An effect of her new draconic heritage of Mana Dragon, her form is particularly resistant to transmutive powers. Transformation, size, color.

it would take a significant power to overwrite.

This does make healing magic also difficult should it try and close wounds.
