Kyle has deep blue eyes and looks something of a mix between a otter and a dolphin. Face wise his muzzle is short and ottery like with two "fins" protruding from his side. His rubbery skin is a deep shade of blue though his hair is the only thing different as it has a very greyed out look to it. His hands and feet are both webed. And his tail extends about 4 feet behind him ending in a good ol flipper!
History
Kyle was born on 1846 right in Boston, Mass. As it was just beginning to Boom. Originally he was a human living with his parents. At lest that is what he remembers. One stormy night in 1860(Kyle would be around 19 in age).
a surge of chaotic energy flowed through the town randomly changing people into different creatures. This event known as the Cascade. Not only changed some people but also cause a tun of damage, and awoken many accent evils. One of them being a deadly gas called the Plague basically which turns people into zombies. Or Rotters.
Kyle was separated form him mom and dad, How ever he was one of the people who was changed. He was turned into a creature he couldn't even Identify! So he sort of made up a name for himself.
He spent most of his time learning survival skills on his own till he found a group of changed survivors. One of them a former guard taught him how to sword fight and use a gun. In case they run into rotters, From there he traveled with them. Going form abandoned town to abandoned town looting, Scavenging... He found a spell book on December 15th 1869 and began to learn magic using the book. While he isn't that good at it. He does what he can to survive in the harsh world. THe majority of this time was really uneventful. A couple of savaging trips here, a few evil drug lords there. You know the standard things Kyle faced as a drifter. When 1876 came around he left the group to stike it on his home to find him self a more permanent home. How ever his options where limited due to the War ramping up and becoming a big bloody mess!
He decided to try heading westward, He was packing for his trip and getting ready to go untill somehow he fell into this world
Homeworld
Steampunk earth: Is set in 18th centery where there is still a revolutionary war going on (, where air ships soar through the sky's...And gold is still a common currency. Tech doesn't surpass steam powered technology. How ever gas masks where already invented due to the Blight gas suddenly appearing.
The cascade event which happened in August 20th, 1860 was mainly due to a experiment gone wrong, Dr Wild Was working on a solution for getting electricity. How ever the Manichean he built ended up going haywire and sending a strange chaotic energy coursing through the city. Destroying about six more city's in its wake. The energy some how changed people into anthropomorphic animals, Full animals or rotters. What it did was completely random. Ontop of that it awoken several more creatures in its wake. (Orks, Goblins Dragons whome been slumbering underground for eons.) This world economy is somewhat nonexistant. People mainly barter for goods. Or trade parts, or scavenge things form the ruins of Blight gassed citys. Majority of New england is still under British control at this time. There forces had doubled since the cascade. They have a tendency of shooting The ANthros (refured to as Demihumans) on site due to there freaky nature. ANd not knowing if they are akin to the rotters at all. Anyone changed form the cascade lived outside of the surviving citys or make what they got in the gas filled citys using a elaborate network of air pipes to give them fresh air. Or whoring Gas mask filters.

kyle is lighter and weaker. Any sharp objects are mainly harmless. If deflated it will take 24 hrs for the effects to wear off, abd he will appeer with a new wound. (So basicly if a knife oenutrates him and ge turbs normal expect blood)
