Imari Wen an average height girl at 5' 7" with a serene look on her face and sparkling deep purple eyes. She has deep raven black hair cropped short with a shaded sparkling purple butterfly hair tie, a purple and white fox like mask sat on the other side of her head tied with red braided rope. She wears a militaristic black uniform trimmed in white with brass buttons going up the front of her coat. The pants are wider coming down into a binding of white cloth that ended in small black shoes with a pink outline on the sides. Over top of her uniform she wears a purple and white haori patterned with pink cherry blossom petals.
History
Imari was born in a village of Daisho, poor and destitute from a young age she grew up as a street kid having to steal food with her two older sisters working as a team. During a night time raid on a local restaurants store house they met a demon that had freshly killed the manager of the restaurant. While fleeing Imari was thrown into a river by her sisters Nezara and Nikima as they were cut down behind her while attempting to follow. Crawling from the river a few miles down she passed out only to be picked up by a passing Hashira a high ranking demon corps member Yamajo who had been on his way to her village to slay the demon causing havoc there. Imari had caught a dangerous cold and was taken back to the Wisteria mansion high in the mountains by a nearby medical team. Once she had become well enough she was asked to join the demon slayers with the recommendation of Yamajo. The training took a full year before she was ready for the final selection to graduate from her training, she managed to kill seven demons during her week of survival using her borrowed Nichirin katana. After receiving her own color changing Katana (purple) she was sent on her own missions to various towns and villages in search of demons over a few years she achieved the rank of Kanoe and was sent after one of the Kizuki lower rank demons named Sinoko. Once the fight was finished and she had taken stock of her own wounds she was about to meet with the medical corps they were ambushed and in an attempt to help she was taken by a breach.
Homeworld
Imari comes from a world inhabited by humans and demons most of which are at war with the surrounding areas. She belongs to the demon corps who slay demons in order to save the rest of humanity. Her world takes place in the Taisho era with limited technology, the invention of steam travel being the most advanced. Most houses still have paper dividers mixed with wood and cloth, lanterns are the main source of light in most cases unless in a large city.

Employs the use of alchemy and botany to make various medicines and poisons to help in combat or everyday sickness (salves, powders, fluids, etc)
Shamisen musician (skilled)
Learned to play the Shamisen three stringed guitar during her training as a way to improve breathing techniques and concentration. Also used to help gather intel from local taverns, brothels, and parties.

Using a large amount of oxygen to enhance the body with speed strength and mental ability to undertake supernatural combat prowess. Causes strain on the body with the amount of adrenaline and straining of muscle the user is left somewhat exhausted and needs to rest the longer the technique is employed.

Rushes towards the target zig zagging from side to side inflicting slash marks along the body in three fast attacks.
Insect breathing form 2 Butterfly dance- True flutter
A high leap attack stabbing her opponent in quick successive attacks to specific vital points, neck, heart and stomach.
Insect breathing form 3 Mantis dance- winged circle
A jump slash attack swinging the sword in upward and downwards arcs to inflict perpendicular slashes from the shoulder to the lower rib cage.
Insect breathing form 4 Moth dance- Moonlight serenade
A quick and precise slash attack that focuses on speed to behead the opponent without pain often used as a mercy.
Insect breathing form 5 Centipede Dance- Hundred leg zigzag
Full speed attack to disorient and impair the opponents movement slashing at the legs and arms vital tendons.
