Description
Male Fluff
- Height & Weight: 5’0†98 lb

- Usual Clothing: Loose pants, somewhat loose shirt, leather open toed paw sandals. Also wears arm socks with fingerless gloves to help keep the fluff out of the way of his hands.

Molded by far too many transformations, Cody has lost his body’s natural ability to fully return to human form. Instead, now his “default†form is a mix of several species. He has fluffy triangular ears that sit atop his head, reminiscent of a red panda. His face is shaped into a short widish muzzle, similar to a cat’s. He has fluffy fur covering his body, and a strong, dexterous tail that’s about 7 feet long and covered in an inordinate amount of fluff. He enjoys using it to boff people. His fur is patterned orange red, and white. His belly is a light cream color, his tail is reddish orange with a cream colored tip and some thick, darker orange stripes, and his ears are dark rust with white brims. He has black sock patterns on his arms and legs. He’s fairly on the short side, but pretty skinny to boot. It can be somewhat hard to tell underneath all his fluff though.

Cody’s female form is much the same as his male form, at least in terms of animal features and fur patterns. When turned to a girl, Cody has a fairly pronounced hourglass figure (again, when not floofed up) and is fairly busty, much to Cody’s distress. Often Cody will wear a binder and dress like a guy to try and hide the fact that he turned female.

History
Cody’s parents were refugees fleeing a series of natural disasters striking a nation to the south of the Domain. After getting settled in the Domain, Cody’s parents managed to make a pretty decent living and had Cody after being there for several years.
When Cody was young, he showed a slight aptitude for magic, in the 85th percentile compared to his peers. He basically got to do some extra homework in grade school to work harder on magic. In grade school, Cody had a small circle of friends. Usually they’d play video games together or just hng out.
When Cody turned 14, he was sent to Dracheman Prep School. This was where his life started to turn upside down. At DPS, they didn’t use traditional punishment systems; they would use magic on the students instead. And unfortunately for Cody, he faced some issues from a number of teachers who held prejudices against people from the south.
Cody’s magic permeability wasn’t really known until it was far too late, the condition itself was exceedingly rare. The punishment curses didn’t have any unusual effects at first, then they started lasting a bit longer than they should have. Then they started showing up when additional curses were put on him. Eventually bits of them stopped going away entirely. With each additional curse, Cody’s magic permeability worsened, like a tear that gets bigger every time you tug at it. By now, in his senior year, Cody has lost all ability to return to his human form. His human form has simply been washed away by too many of these curses. Worse yet, some lingering effects have taken hold and still pop up periodically, especially if triggered. Cody’s tendency to turn to a girl is one such example of this.
Regardless, Cody seems to have found some coping mechanisms. He enjoys shopping, cooking, and VR games.
Homeworld
Schen, a world populated primarily by humans. There does exist magic, however mere human’s ability to manipulate it is limited compared to some of the magical beasts and higher powers which call this world home. Humans have more than learned to adapt though, creating technological marvels which presently make them one of the most powerful species on the planet. The largest power of humanity is the Domain of Alaca Lorthan, the place from which Cody hails. It is a large nation which houses many of humanity’s best and brightest. Technologically it’s one of the most advanced states on Schen, with electronic computers comparable to the early 21st century on earth, augmented with magical effects for outstanding effects.
Powers
Magic abilities
Cody has some minor ability to do magic, and is mostly limited to small cantrips and illusions. Most of the magic done by humans on his world is done by using magic to energize magitek devices. His current abilities sans an appropriate device are limited to: Minor telekinesis (50 lbs/300 N), pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, hydrokinesis, and lightning, able to control small animals (Anything smaller/dumber than a housecat, the main limitation is size of the target’s brain and its strength) at a range of up to 30 yards, and minor light-emitting illusions.
Very limited effects, but good duration.
Magic Vulnerability
Cody has a natural susceptibility to magic not found in many people on his world. This ability does augment his natural magic somewhat, but it acts as a 2-way street, allowing magic to penetrate his essence more readily.
Makes him more vulnerable, but gives him more magic to work with.
The entire ability
A direct result of the above described vulnerability, Cody’s body has effectively lost its ability to reassert itself as human. Aspects of cat, fox, and red panda seem to have displaced his body’s original human form due to repeated transformation effects. Certain triggers seem to enact transformation on his body as magic gets instinctively called upon in certain scenarios, such as the female transformation. It’s possible for Cody to change gender by simply getting too startled, but this is an extremely rare example.
